I finished this book in 3 days because it was that good. The majority is simply a a business and leadership story that will educate and inspire you.
If you're responsible for a team, you have to read this book. The big takeaway for us was the concept of "Organizational Health." Healthy conflict is something that should be embraced and fostered on an ongoing basis. This book changed the way we think about and work with our team.
